On this solo adventure, I head to the Fresh Farmers’ Market in Ocean Springs to stock up on local goods and reconnect with intentional living. Lately, I’ve been more mindful about where my money goes — choosing to support small businesses and minority-owned vendors whenever I can.

After the market, I take a peaceful solo stroll through downtown Ocean Springs, soaking in the creative energy, local culture, and coastal charm. I wrap up the day with a relaxing visit to the beach, letting the waves remind me why I chose this slower, more intentional life.
