Hello guys, welcome to my another video.
Today we're gonna learn about Dumplings . Actually Dumplings are considered one of the most popular dishes among us Turkmens, and we call it (Qutab) in the local language, and they are cooked and served in different ways. Let me mention different types of dumplings. Among our favorite dumplings, I would mention meat dumplings, spinach dumplings, and pumpkin dumplings.
Today, my mother, my aunt and I, we went to Seyed Haji's country house (farm) where sheep are raised.
Meat dumplings are one of the nutritious foods, today we cooked dumplings with cindars.
Cooking in a rural and open space is really enjoyable also way pleasant. I'd really recommend cooking in such an peaceful place.
By the way Seyed Haji is my Mom's uncle and he is a hardworking also kind man who is engaged in traditional sheep farming.
In this video, in addition to cooking and other than Dumplings you will also get to know about the routine life of the ranchers of our region.
