I have a PhD in archaeology from Cambridge. I should be teaching, researching, publishing papers. Instead, I guard one of the world's most ancient monuments at night. Because I discovered the truth about why Stonehenge was really built.

It's not a temple. It's not an astronomical calculator. It's a prison.

And the barrier is failing.

This is my story about what tourists never see. The shadows that walk between the stones. The singing that starts at sunset. The alignments when reality tears open and something from the other side tries to come through.

Summer solstice is approaching - the night when the barrier is weakest. When they almost break free.

I don't know if we can hold them back much longer.
