Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for the Sega Master System completed with all emeralds. Unlike many Sonic games, acquiring emeralds is done within normal stages rather than
bonus levels, and getting all of them allows you to play the true final level.

Trivia: This game slightly predates the Mega Drive/Genesis version ( https://tasvideos.org/2037M ), so it features the official first appearance of Sonic's flying mutant fox friend, Tails ( https://tasvideos.org/1374M ).
