Always Board Never Boring is tackling painting some Warhammer (Fantasy Battle / Age of Sigmar) terrain. It's the old Fortified Manor, which was an amazing kit that Games Workshop produced a few years back. The methods are relatively simple, and would work on any fantasy buildings for a wide range of game systems. The paints used are:

Uniform Grey (Army Painter spray)
Averland Sunset
Agrax Earthshade
Skeleton Bone (Army Painter)

Mechanicus Standard Grey

Nuln Oil
Ulthuan Grey
Leather Brown (Army Painter)
