Gandhi said, "I'm glad that President Trump has stated a fact. He knows that the Indian economy is a dead economy." He added that this has resulted in no future for the youth. The issue of US tariffs on India is expected to be raised in Parliament, with the opposition planning to put pressure on the government. Multiple adjournment notices have been submitted in both houses on the matter. Minister Piyush Goyal is expected to present the government's position on the tariff issue.
