Описание к видео Why intrapreneurs are the teenagers of the corporate world | Stephen Fer | TEDxSchaan

Intrapreneurs are individuals who create new businesses within existing corporate organizations. To ensure their ventures thrive and accelerate towards success, they should emulate teenagers by breaking through the physical and mental barriers imposed by their "parents." Corporate organizations, in turn, need to act like supportive parents, recognizing and nurturing the growth of their intrapreneurial offspring. Stephen is the CEO and co-founder of STRADE Ltd, an intrapreneurial venture in the aviation sector. With over 20 years of international leadership experience spanning strategy, marketing, finance, operations, customer relations, and innovation management, he is dedicated to driving sustainable growth through innovation. Stephen achieves this by serving on various company and association boards and building high-performing teams globally. He holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering and an Executive MBA. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
