Treat Heart Pig was a Care Bear Cousin who debuted in 1985.
She was never made into a non-poseable figure, or poseable Kenner figure that was available for sale (she was made into a poseable figure which appeared in the 1986 Kenner dealer catalogue, but was only created as a couple of prototypes).
Also, Treat Heart's 12" plush was not created for sale to the public (although she does exist as a genuine Kenner made prototype from 1986).
As a result, she is considered to be the rarest of the Care Bears.

The character has light yellow skin/fur and her tummy symbol is a double scoop ice cream cone (with the top scoop looking like a pink heart). As prototype 12" plush, she has 2 heart-shaped nostrils, but in the television show, the authentic artwork model sheets for the Care Bear Family, and as the 3" prototype poseable figure, she has one nose-heart )like all the other Care bears / Cousins)

The customs & figures shown here include Treat Heart made into 1 inch tall earrings, several vintage 1983 repainted 3 inch sized poseable with custom accessory, a customized Funko Pop version, a baby plush Treat Heart (made from a 1986 Funshine bear cub), a baby Treat Heart figure (modeled from the 1986 Care bear Movie II) and a 1 1/2 inch tall vintage 1983 non-poseable Kenner figure which as you can see in the video, started life as a vintage Friend Bear and was altered to be Treat Heart Pig.
The use of this toy made sense to me, as Friend bear was holding out a popsicle treat and Treat Heart would probably share a treat, too.
The ears had to be changed to be triangular and pointing downward, the3 cheeks made to be fuller/chubbier and a curly tail as sculpted and applied.
A full body repaint (except for the original eyes) was also needed to transform the character.
