From an unlabeled mono 12-inch 33 RPM demo acetate from Western Recorders, Hollywood, CA, circa 1964-1966, containing 3 instrumental tracks. This track appears to be a pop arrangement of the theme song from the TV western "The Big Valley," as performed by the the studio musicians informally known as "The Wrecking Crew" (on the other two songs on this acetate, drummer Hal Blaine's voice can clearly be heard counting in). Recently discovered in the personal collection of the late Chuck Britz, legendary audio engineer at Western Recorders, best known for his work with Brian Wilson and The Beach Boys.
