Ingredients:
1 glass cow’s milk

¼ tsp Saunf (fennel) powder (https://maharishiayurvedaindia.com/pr...)
1 pinch nutmeg powder
1 pinch turmeric

Instructions:
Heat milk in a pan
Add Brahmi, Mulethi, Saunf, nutmeg, and turmeric
Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes
Switch off the stove, strain the milk
Add jaggery if desired and sip warm
