Tackling MAJOR Rust On Our Abandoned Classic Mazda Cosmo 110s

This rare abandoned classic Mazda Cosmo has rust everywhere. And we have made it our mission to repair it and drive it on the road once again. However it isnt that simple, in this episode we uncover yet more rusty on this 1970 classic car which we have to hand fabricate panels for and weld them in.

All of our panels match the original so it is a true Cosmo, We start with a big rusty hole with no structure left and throughout the video we slowly rebuild it to what it once was.

We tackle the main areas which are the rusty floorpan, sill and bulkhead.
