Terry Wogan was one of the most popular UK radio DJs throughout the last 40-50 years, with millions of listeners and devoted fans for his daily music programme. He was always alert to new talent (he was largely responsible for bringing the voice of Eva Cassidy to the attention of British listeners). So when the Brighouse & Rastrick Brass band released a version of The Floral Dance, he promoted it heavily on his show, gradually beginning to sing more and more of the lyrics along with it. Eventually, his fans were demanding that he record it! Here's the result ....
