St Giles' Fair in Oxford has been going for 400 years having started as a toy fair in the 18th century. Each year St Giles is closed to traffic for two days when the fun fair arrives. Its noisy and smoky, yet part of the Oxford tradition. This was a walk early morning on the first day a few hours before it all gets going.
