Finally, the almighty sephiroth, after countless tries, and dumb plays, I've managed to beat him without using items , or the limit form.
Abilities
All blue ones equipped(except for auto form and summon kinds) and except dodge slash.
All growth abilities(don't have glide at this point, or combo master)
green abilities, all critical mode starting abilities and form abilities, such as combo plus.

Strategy : sephiroth will start the battle with some temper lolol, already wanting to finish you off , just use the RC quick, you have a second to press it I guess...After avoiding it, proceed to hit him, but you must be quick, or he'll try to hit you, sephiroth usual attack has 7 hits attached to it, if you get hit by one attack, you get hit by all, pronto, in level 1, or even 50 , you are dead. To succesfully avoid the sequence, just use guard, then counterguard and combo him more. Sometimes he'll be looped on your moves, and will do the same moves over and over again, if you don't care about looping him, just use guard break the explosion after counterguarding his hits..Be warned, he can get away from the loop at any second and teleport to your back and bring you to the sky, it's very fast so remember to keep aiming on him.
After you've taken 4 and a half health bars of his HP, he'll proceed to use dark orbs, those orbs can be avoided by dodge rolling at the right timing, but it's just too hard to do such, I suggest you all to simply use reflect. However, sometimes he'll only use the orbs to trick you into a leaping attack, don't fall for it, the orbs will only hit you if you move, stay still and wait for his next move, then reflect, or do something else, remember to wait for him to make a second move, and stand still!
In this phase his reach will also be increased, so quick running away from his hits won't do you any good at this point, you can jump but that's risky, since sephiroth can try to teleport at your back right away, you won't have much time to think, and after that you'll probally see youself being shattered by his blade while defying gravity. Don't stay close to him as well, at the first phase it wouldn't be a problem at all, but at this rate, staying too close to him will either provoke him to hit you(which is cool) or to use the perish move, where he'll summon fire pillars that has an magnetic pulling force into it, so you'll have to constantly run away from it too. And as said , if you stay too close when he makes use of it, you'll probally get hit, and it'll probally burn you to the death, since it lasts long enough to so. For his last new move, "descend heatless angel", this shit..When you hear him saying "decend" aaim the hell out of him, and hit the bastard before it's too late, otherwise it will cast a devilissh spell onto sora, taking awaay allll his MP, and leaving him with only 1 HP...No matter your level, that's its effect. After that he'll most certanly use the RC move on you to finish you off, if you are too close he'll just hit you.
Alright...Sigh..Sephiroth's final phase..
Oh well, everything gets worse here, his reach is doubled, he'll summon orbs more frequently, they'll hit you anyways, he'll teleport much more here too, and ty to catch you off guard...However, he can be looped..Thank the gods, I could loop him, and succesfully guard his attacks( his normal hits will sometimes hit you in the back, probally his 3rd or 4th hit). Saying that you must be far away from his first 2 hits, the the 3rd will reach you no matter where you are in the field. Sephiroth got a new melee move here too, he'll constantly try to dash into you with his blade, this is really hard to guard, since sometimes it hits you in the back, even when you guard it..For hs final move( that i didn't let him show , sorry) the meteor move, just aim at him, stay far away, close to the exit, and double jump to the right, and to the left, until it's over.
