This will be the first time we check out a project from Bandar Saujana Putra. This location's key selling point was it's value for money back then, and it attracted many people from Subang and Shah Alam to setup their home here.

BSP Skypark then was one of their first high rise project located adjacent to ELITE and SKVE highway. Due to it's setting, it was designed to be cost oriented but the experience was better than expected. Of course the noise from the highway was really loud. The impression of the project was greatly affected by the empty shops as well.

But from a brand new family with tight budget, this is a great place to start as the budget is seriously very friendly. Personally I would aim to get the landed homes here instead of the high rise.
