Is Shockwave Totem Good on Leaguestart?

I tested shockwave totem as a leaguestart given I believe its a strong build especially in the context of sanctum going core this league. All in all as a leaguestarter it was mid/B tier in my opinion and is definitely a build that wants a few items like astral projector/hatred scaling and heatshiver to really dominate as its meant to. Hopefully this gives some perspective on shockwave totem on a league start scenario.
