. The white flash transition effect is a simple but unique way to transition between two video clips. it is also used to emphasis a beat in a music video or also added to scences where photographs are taking to make the scene look more real to the human eyes

In this easy premiere pro tutorial you will learn how to create the white flash effect using just levels. so the first thing you want to do is go over to your effects library and search for levels, drag and drop levels on your two video clips.
Now at the end of your first clip drag the value of (white input level) down from 255 to 40 and add a keyframe, and move 3 keyframes backward and change the value back to 255 with another keyframe

And then at the very start of the next clip. I want to decrease the white input level down to 70 and move 5 keyframes forward and reset it back to 255. and this would create the white flash effect. but if you do not like the speed of the flash effect, all you need to do is move your keyframes apart for a more subtle yet beautiful
