Julian Campbell Foundation (JCF) video summarising how we make a difference in the lives of children, young people in their families in community and schools and was founded by his sister, Jacqui after Julian ended his life through suicide because of his struggle with mental health difficulties.
Greatly impacted through his death, his sister, Jacqui started the foundation to make a difference in the lives of young people suffering with stress, anxiety and depression to help support them overcome any mental distress, show them how to manage their mood and give them tools to enable them to overcome any mood difficulties they may have.
This video shows the work JCF do to support young people through their psycho-drama mental health workshops and MoodMentors, mentors with an accredited qualification, specifically trained to support young people and help them manage their mental health and wellbeing. The drama workshops are designed for all students and coveres specific topics such as bullying, body image, healthy eating, exam preparation and overcoming exam stress, drugs, boundaries, bereavement suicide and self harming and are designed to enable young people to explore these topics through drama, case studies and speakers to help equip them with the ability to be mindful of their mood and manage their mood and wellbeing. Their teacher training shows educators and adults how to identify and support a young person in mental distress and has been praised for its simplicity.

As well as illustrating ways to support young people in the Foundation, JCF show one of their International Ambassadors, Tito Jackson, member of the Jackson 5 and Michael Jackson's older brother, supporting the foundation and promoting World Mental Health Day.
