I am sharing the experience of one of my closest friends with consulting firms in the USA. The story I share is not my personal experience, but I felt it is important to shed light on these details as many individuals, like myself, may not be aware of them before joining consulting firms. The individual from the story I shared ended up paying a relieving amount to leave the consultancy. Additionally, she was not provided with accommodation immediately after her project ended within 6 months.
