INGREDIENTS
-800g pork chops sprinkled with salt and ground black pepper
-oil for pan frying
-2pcs chopped onions
-1head chopped garlic
-drained canned mushroom (400g net wight 200g drained weight)
-pinch of salt and ground black pepper
-1Tbsp soy sauce
-2Tbsp oyster sauce
-about 1Cup water
-250g all purpose cream
-chopped parsley
