ENG: Malignant Tumour band comes from Ostrava City. This video points at making this city to be a capital of Czech Republic (Prague nowadays).

You can see a worker, who is awaking 4 monsters (MT band) and they bring Prague domains to Ostrava City. "Orloj" (an astronomical clock), Saint Wenceslav Statue (with his horse) and The President's Flag.
Incidentally, Sparta football Club gets some shitting strike...
A worker is monster invoker and he is taking honorary postition on Saint Wenceslav Horse in the end of movie...
Last scene with playing band is located on Ostrava's main square "Prokesovo namesti", in front of municipal government building.
