VW Tiguan MK1 (5N) climatronic calibration adaptation

How to perform #climatronic self-calibration in Volkswagen #Tiguan MK1 (5N) to fix issues like clicking noise from under the dashboard, wrong air temperature or wrong air distribution. This procedure will force the control unit to make new adaptation of air flaps that control air temperature and distribution to relearn end positions.
This procedure should also be performed after replacing mechanical components of the Volkswagen Climatronic system. You don't need diagnostic tools like VCDS, VAG-COM, VAS, OBDeleven to perform this service procedure.
Turn the ignition on and use key combination to initialize it in your car with Climatronic unit. LEDs will start to flash and for the next 20-30 seconds you will hear flaps movement under the dashboard.
