How are you all?
Today's recipe is very delicious and unique recipe.
Simple, easy and quick way of cooking Besan k Chillay or Besan k Altay Paltay. All ingredients are very simple and available in your own Kitchen.

Ingredients:- (Gram Flour Batter )
Besan: 1 1/2 cups
Water (1 1/4 cups) or AS required

Spices:-
Red chilli powder : 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
Chilli Flakes: 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
Cumin (Zeera) Powder: 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Mirch Powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala : 1 tsp
Kasuri Meethi : 1 tbsp

Gravy Ingredients:-
Oil: 1 cup
Cumin : 1 tsp
Ginger + Garlic paste : 1tbsp
Onion Paste: 1 cup
Fried pyaz (Fried onion) Crushed: 3 tbs

Spices:-
Red Chilli Powder: 1tsp
Turmeric Powder : 1tsp
Chilli Flakes: 1tsp
Crushed Coriander: 1tsp
Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
Tandoori Masala : 2 tbsp (you can use any korma or karahi masala)
Salt: 1tsp
Kasuri Meethi: 1tsp
Garam Masala Powder : 1tbsp

Directions:
-In bowl,add gram flour,red chili powder,turmeric powder,whole spice powder,chaat masala,salt,water and mix well.
-Add oil,mix well and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
-By using non-stick pan,pour batter,sprinkle green chili and coriander,fold and press,cook until light brown and set aside.
-Now cut all the altay paltay in desired shape with knife.
-In wok,add oil,cuminginger garlic paste,onion paste and fry for 1-2 minutes.
-Add salt,coriander powder,red chili powder and turmeric powder,sauté for 1-2 minutes.
-Add yogurt,mix well until water is evaporated.
-Add fried onion,water and mix well.
-Now add altay paltay,green chilies,coriander,whole spice powder,cover and simmer for 1-2minutes.

-Baisan (Gram flour) 1 Cup
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) ½ tsp
-Chaat masala ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
-Oil 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chili) Chopped
-Hara dhaniya
-Onion paste (Pyaz) pissi hoye 1 medium
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) ¾ Cup
-Fried pyaz (Fried onion) Crushed 1 tbs
-Pani (Water) 1 Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 1-2
-Hara dhania (Coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) ½ tsp
