Things to do in Lebanon! | Experiencing Lebanese Culture For The First Time | Lebanon Travel Vlog
Watch me spend the day in Beirut! I spent most of the day in Mar Mikhael - a cool hipster area, which is known for their alternative fashion art & aesthetic cafes. We had brunch at a vegan restaurant, named Orenda. After which, we went thrifting at a popular store in Beirut, called Depot Vente. There, we got acquainted with a photographer, stylist & a creative director. They had asked my friend and I to model for them, which we happily agreed to. They styled us and clicked some pictures; you can find them on their Instagram. Here, if you have outside currency, everything is quite affordable as the Lebanese lira had depreciated.

After we finished thrifting, we visited Riwaq; a bar that is very popular among the locals. I met an artist named Caren here, and she made me an exquisite bucket hat.
After we left the bar, we went to Sarvam yoga, where we took some incredible yoga classes. Yoga is a fundamental part of all of my trips, as it keeps me grounded and physically active. At the end of day, we went to a local restaurant for dinner, where we got to devour traditional Lebanese food. We also tried Arak - the traditional Lebanese liquor. To finish the day, we stopped by a film festival in Mar Mikhael.
