Itching: The rash can be itchy and irritating.
Treatment:
Cooling the skin: The primary treatment is to cool the affected area and prevent further sweating. This can be done by taking cool showers, wearing loose clothing, and staying in a cool environment.
Calamine lotion or hydrocortisone cream: These can help relieve itching and inflammation.
Avoiding scratching: Scratching can break the skin and lead to infection.
Seeking medical advice: If the rash is severe, doesn't improve with home care, or shows signs of infection (pus, fever), it's best to consult a doctor.
