Welcome to Day 8 of our 21 Days of Prayer & Consecration at Courageous Faith Church.

Tonight’s prayer focus is close to God’s heart: the mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our children, teenagers, college students, and young adults.

In a generation carrying heavy pressure, anxiety, confusion, and emotional weight, we are intentionally praying for:
• Peace over anxious minds
• Rest for overwhelmed hearts
• Freedom from pressure and comparison
• Healing from emotional wounds
• Identity rooted in Christ
• Protection over mental health
• Hope for the future
• True rest for body, mind, and soul

Scripture reminds us:

“Come to Me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28
“Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7
“You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You.” Isaiah 26:3

If you are a parent, student, teacher, mentor, or young adult yourself, this prayer is for you.
