Tutorial on what to expect if you ordered or bought a "DC/DCC Ready" version and what it took me to install a decoder and wire up a 9X11mm speaker and program. You will need ESU's programmer to program a factory blank DCC decoder. Sound file is available for free download at Scaletrains' website. Corrective text is displayed as I was doing some guessing on some specifications during the making of the video. This is all first impression you see here as I pull shell off and see what I'm up against. The SD40 loco circuit board is totally different than the Dash 9's, which I have converted one of those recently to sound.
