I was looking for a 5" touchscreen for a Klipper build and found this on amazon. is was $27 with 5% coupon. The klipper installation was painless with MainsailOS and Kiauh. I just had to rotate the screen for my case.

Command to rotate
Sudo nano /boot/cmdline.txt

Add this to the back of the command

video=DSI-1:800x600M,margin_right=0,margin_left=0,margin_top=0,margin_bottom=0,rotate=180

Sudo nano /boot/config.txt

Add this to the bottom of the file

display_rotate=2

Rotate Touch

sudo nano /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/40-libinput.conf

Section "InputClass"
Identifier "libinput touchscreen catchall"
MatchIsTouchscreen "on"
MatchDevicePath "/dev/input/event*"
Driver "libinput"
Option "TransformationMatrix" "-1 0 1 0 -1 1 0 0 1"
