Alsande/ Long Beans - 1/4kg
Magge/Madras Cucumber - 1small
Potato/Batato - 1

Masala ingredients:
Coconut grated - 2 handfull
Ramnad chillies - 18(oil roasted small + big)
Tamarind - half portion of small lemon sized
Urad Dal - 1Tbsp ( roasted in coconut oil)

Tadka:
Coconut oil - 3 spoons
Mustard seeds - 1Tsp
Curry leaves - 2 stem
Salt to taste
Water as required
