With less bike experience under her belt, the re-adjustment has been slightly harder than swimming, but lucy is just excited to be making more and more progress every day!
We also gain some more insight into the strength and conditioning work, and recovery techniques in place to keep the hip safe and also prevent any other niggles from occurring.
