So last year I did, probably one of the craziest things in my life, a 46 day fast where all I could consume was BEER. (yes and water)
All of my meals where replaced with beer. For 46 days I consumed over 200 individual beers, or 234 servings of beer. Another thing I did was I posted all of my daily beers on social media. And one of the most common comments I got was something like "I've been doing that for 10 yrs" or "I did this all through collage" or "My uncle has been doing that his whole life"... you get the idea. When I asked what exactly are THEY doing, they replied back saying that they eat VERY LITTLE and just drink beer the rest of the time. Well that's NOT what I did, I did not eat anything at all.
However this got me thinking, and after doing a bit more research, it got me to think that if I could combine my ONLY BEER DIET with Intermittent Fasting...I might be able to get the benefits of both.

So this year instead of 46 days, I will be doing 31 Days (all of March)
I will still ONLY CONSUME BEER, however I will have a small (very small) meal very day. I will also be doing a active workout in the morning to offset the 15 days lost. This will also show if the meal I consume will provide just enough fuel for that part and I get the benefits of fasting the rest of the day.

Or will the Alcohol counter act the workout and nothing happens?
Will my energy level increase like it did when I did ONLY BEER?
Will I loose as much weight or any since I will be having a meal?
What will this do to my digestion?
Will there be any changes to my blood work? (yes a base line will be taken)
