In this video, I explain the complete process of transferring an arms licence in Pakistan from one person to another — especially from father to son in two specific conditions:

1. If the father is seriously ill

2. If the father has passed away

Documents Required:

1. Application to District Commissioner (DC)
2. Death certificate or medical certificate
3. Succession certificate
4. Family registration certificate (FRC)
5. FBR Filer proof
6. Domicile
7. Police Character Certificate
8. Medical Fitness Certificate
9. Original arms licence copy
10. Affidavit (by applicant and family)
11. CNIC copies

After preparing all these documents, submit them to the DC office. Upon approval, your record will be forwarded to the NADRA office. NADRA will issue the new arms licence after verification.
