Batata Bhaji is a very easy and very tasty recipe especially loved by our kids, in this video, I have shown batata bhaji in which batata or potato is cut in a circle and then fried in oil along with some aromatic spices so let's see how to make batata kachrya in Marathi.

Ingredients:
5 Medium Potatoes
3 medium onions
3 ½ tbsp oil
¼ tsp Mustard seeds / Rai / Mohari
½ tsp Cumin Seeds / Jeera
8 garlic petals & 1-inch ginger coarse paste
6 to 7 Finely chopped green chilies
12 to 13 curry leaves
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder / Haldi Powder
Salt to taste
Finely chopped Coriander leaves
