♡ Simsie Birthday Shell Challenge ~ Sims 4 Speed Build ♡

So, lilsimsie made a new shell challenge, and this time I wanted to be a part of it. Here's what I decided to do with it ♡ A young family converted their upstairs into a quaint apartment (by quaint they mean it hasn't been renovated once in the 10 years they've lived here). They we're hoping for a quiet young student to move in... She's a young student alright... Quiet? Not exactly. Oh did I mention they said "no pets" in their add? Let's hope they don't show up unannounced.
