Saiga-5.45 v.33 (short barrel): setup for hard operation conditions, long handguards B-30 and B-30U

Saiga-5.45 version 33 (short barrel) upgrade. We will focus on long handguards B-30 and B-30U. The initial task was to create a setup for the most severe operating conditions. We will upgrade Saiga and shoot. Will answer the following questions:

- What is the difference between B-31, B-31S, B-31N and B-31L top rails?
- Are B-30 and B-30U handguards compatible with a cleaning rod?
- Is it possible to put a short upper rail on a long handguard?
