Vectra VXR clutch, flywheel and Wavetrac LSD installation

A prototype video done on my iPhone, I know its not great, I will put something better together on the PC once I get time to do it.
I noticed there wasn't much info on how to do this job so I thought I would make a short video for anyone looking to do the same.

Couldn't find anyone I trusted to do this job properly so decided just to do it my self. Subframe dropped gearbox out and stripped, new bearings installed on LSD and put back together and Sachs uprated clutch and pressure plate installed with a standard GM (LUK) flywheel.

I would imagine this would be the same internally for all F40's only differences being the gear selector and bell housing depending on your engine, but any FWD GM 2.8 V6 should be more or less the same as the content in the video.
I'm sure the torque specs are in the video but I will put up the torque specs I found online for the bolting.
