🥚 Eggs – Don’t Reheat

🥔 Potatoes – Don’t Eat Green Ones
Green potatoes contain solanine, a natural toxin. Eating them can cause nausea, stomach pain, headaches, and in severe cases, poisoning. Always discard potatoes that have green spots or sprouts.
🍚 Rice – Don’t Keep Too Long
Cooked rice left at room temperature for too long can grow Bacillus cereus bacteria, which can cause food poisoning. Always refrigerate rice within 1–2 hours and consume it within 24 hours.
🥒 Cucumber – Don’t Peel Too Deep
Most of cucumber’s fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants are found just under the skin. Deep peeling removes these nutrients. Wash properly and peel lightly, or eat with skin when possible.
🥦 Broccoli – Don’t Overcook
Overcooking broccoli destroys vitamin C, antioxidants, and cancer-fighting compounds. Light steaming or sautéing helps preserve nutrients and keeps broccoli healthier.
🍞 Bread – Never Eat Moldy Bread
Moldy bread contains mycotoxins that can spread beyond visible mold. Removing the moldy part is NOT safe. Eating moldy bread can cause allergies, breathing issues, and long-term health problems.
