Transforming Governance: Dr. Jitendra Singh’s Address to IAS Trainees at LBSNAA

Recruitment exams are now held in 13 regional languages, with plans to expand to all 22. Interviews for certain posts have been scrapped to promote meritocracy.
Initiatives like Rozgar Melas and the Swachhata Campaign, which generated over Rs. 250 crore from scrap disposal, showcase inclusive governance.
Highlighting Digital India’s success during COVID-19, Dr. Singh praised the resilience of young officers. He urged them to embrace their roles with optimism, calling this the “Best Times for India,” as they help shape a Viksit Bharat by 2047.
