Which Civ has the Best Paladin of all? | Age of Empire 2

The Paladin is one of the oldest and coolest units of the game since the age of kings. Much has changed since then so we are about to find out who has the best Paladins nowdays. We are going to pick the civs that have bonuses that affect paladins and rate them too. After that we will do some tests. As always for each test, the civs that gets first place will be granted 3 points, the second place 2 and the third 1 point. In the end the civ with the most points will win. Let's see the civs with Paladin bonuses and rate them.
