Otis Series M2 Elevonic 411M Traction Elevators at The Marriott Key Center in Cleveland, OH

A basic but relatively nice set of High Rise Hotel Elevators in what I believe is the 1st or 2nd tallest hotel in Cleveland. These elevators are alright, the Cabs while not fancy are appropriate for the hotel and these elevators while not crazy fast do got at a respectable speed for the height of the building. These elevators were originally Otis Elevonic 401s, and some of the character from the original installation (notably the Lantern chimes) still remains, but these elevators were for the most part fully modded with a new controller and everything. It's not a terrible modernization, but one that i wish didn't happen nonetheless. All I have to say, is these are solid elevators, but ones you can live without seeing if that makes sense ;) This does seem like a nice hotel though as are most Marriotts.

Installed in 1991. (Otis Elevonic 401 with Series 1 fixtures)

Modernized in Circa Mid 2010s. (Otis Series M2 Elevonic 411 Mod with New Controllers, New Cabs, etc. Motors and Lanterns and Doors left as is)
