Communication, or lack thereof is the root of just about every problem.

This is not news to anyone and I’m not teaching a new concept here.

But communicating clearly and effectively is still one of the hardest thing for humans to do.

It’s even harder for businesses to communicate with their clients, staff, vendors and other people on projects.

Personally, I have to hire people whose sole role is ensuring communication with everyone around me.

Why is that? For one I’m not great at communication. Secondly, I am very, very busy and because of that, I don’t communicate how I should.

Make sure you look in the mirror and take a long look at your business and make sure you’re doing what you should to communicate properly.
