This is 2 versions of 1 of my training drills. I typically do these 2-3 days a week. I’ll shoot 50-70 rounds each training day. If it’s a bad day to start with I stop immediately and don’t try to push on. It makes for bad results. You want to train for good results so you can keep good thoughts in your head.
