What's up my warriors alright here we go with another bodyweight workout. Today I got you at four exercises 30 seconds on and then we will take a 30 seconds break. I’m going to give you guys a warmup, but first I want to show you how to do these exercises so you are not injured and you got the right form the right way. This is all about community and having fun but let’s start off with that warmup.
