Show off your iPhone 8+ with Crystal Clear BulletShield Protection: Tech21 Pure Clear!

Super thin and lightweight, the crystal clear Tech21 Pure Clear provides 6.6 ft of drop protection while showing off the iPhone 8 Plus with its completely clear back. The outside is a clear glossy polycarbonate, while on the inside there is BulletShield, one of the ingredients in bulletproof glass. The BulletShield gives this thin case its remarkable 2 meters of drop protection. The case has its issues: like all similar clear cases, it is likely to scratch and yellow over time and there is a small amount of watermarking present on the back of the case. But overall this is an excellent case for those looking for clear, slim drop protection for their 8 Plus.

Pros:

Easy to take on and off the phone

Nice firm fit on phone

Good fit around bottom port opening area.

Sufficient protection for protruding camera.

Nice, clicky buttons

Cons:

Very little grip

A small amount of watermarking/rainbowing is present on the back of the phone due to the interaction between the glass back and the plastic lining of the case.

Vulnerable to yellowing and scratching over time (although anti yellowing and anti scratch additives to the case materials will lessen this).

Like all glossy polycarbonate cases, it shows fingerprints pretty easily. This is less noticeable on the lighter colored phones such as the gold and silver, however.
