This is the meditation for the New Moon in Libra on Oct 2 and also the Solar eclipse. The confluence of a new moon and a solar eclipse on October 2 creates a powerful energetic moment. Both celestial events hold significant spiritual symbolism and can offer opportunities for personal growth and transformation.

While new moons are great for new beginnings, intention setting and inner reflection; eclipses are charged with transformative energy; focused on release and renewal and also of spiritual awakening. With the new moon and solar eclipse occurring together, the energy is amplified. This combination can provide a potent opportunity for Deep Transformation, Spiritual Growth: and Intentional Manifestation.

WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be.
