This is my first week in my marathon training block using the Garmin Advanced Marathon Training Plan. After comparing several different options available online (Higdon, Hansons, Pfitzinger, Maffetone, etc.) Ifelt that at this point in my running journey, Garmin provided the right balance of mileage and workouts to help me meet my marathon goals.
