Cranberry Juice Recipe

Ingredients
600gm Cranberries
1 - 2 Litre Water
5 - 6 tbsp Honey
2 Sticks Cinnamon
2 - 3 Cloves
5 - 6 Black Peppercorns
5 - 6 Green Cardamoms

Method:

Pour Water in a container along with dry spices and boil for 25 - 30 minutes.

When the Cranberries are soft and pulpy strain the juice & discard the pulp.

Add Honey and store the juice in Refrigerator for no more than 10 - 12 days.
