EMBER DAY 7 ::
Trust Your Rhythm
Today reminds me of something deeply somatic and seasonally wise: that transformation and change don't need to be forced. Like daffodils emerging in their own time, we explored the idea that our wellness, growth, and readiness will come — if we trust our own internal rhythm.
The practice moved gently through pelvic tilts, spinal mapping, gliders, shoulder circling, and floor-based explorations. But beneath the surface was something deeper:
– A soft rebellion against urgency
– A trust in the body's quiet cues
– A knowing that change is happening, even when we’re still
We ended with a layered relaxation, inviting micro-movements as a way to meet ourselves kindly — especially if our nervous system felt busy or full. Movement became a way to downshift, not perform.
What if slower is wiser?
What if deep presence — not doing more — is what allows us to change?

Tend the fire within. Prepare the ground for spring.
EMBER is a journey of deep and steady light.
In the cold hush of winter, when the surface seems still, we gather close to what glows within.
Not the blaze of summer, not yet. But the ember—alive, quiet, unwavering.
There is a continuity in nature, even in dormancy.
Spring is already beginning, though we cannot yet see it fully.
The daffodils begin their reach, the buds quietly swell, the sap begins to stir beneath the bark.
In us too, there is this underground movement—subtle, potent, essential.
EMBER invites us to live into that knowing.
To feel the ember of spring already alive in the body.
To cultivate inner resources that hold us through the dark.
To tend the coals of presence, wellness, strength, and becoming.
This is a practice of gentle strength and steady core connection.
We will move with purpose.
Stand with steadiness.
Rest with awareness.
And build a strong, quiet fire at the centre of ourselves.
Each day ends with a short, nourishing meditation—a progressive relaxation to support the nervous system and deepen your rest. You are invited to gather your own tools: a Shakti mat, red light, blanket, eye pillow, stillpoint inducer, or simply your breath.
A ritual of restoration.
A moment of being with what is quietly alive in you.
Throughout the 21 days, we will also orient to nature.
You are invited to notice and name four signs of spring—
Four plants or living things already gathering toward the light.
Not yet blooming, but preparing.
Let them be your reminder: the ember is already becoming flame.
This is not about pushing forward.
This is not about rushing the year.
It’s about tending what is already here—
gathering strength, finding centre, remembering the quiet power inside you.
