Hyundai Kona EV won't move, high voltage fault

Hey guys I have this Hyundai kona ev that won't move and there's a high voltage fault. In this video I mentioned about the quick test for this but unfortunately in this kona ev the power relay is inside the high voltage battery. And also after this vehicle been sitting for awhile in the parking lot all of a sudden when we were about to tow it inside the shop the vehicle for some reason started as if there's no fault.
