Everybody has their favorite c(h)evapi places. There's a hidden battle between Sarajevski or Banjaluc(h)ki. Kajmak or Ajvar. Lepinja or Somun. Utrina or Zaprude. Either way, it's a yummy (yet heavy) treat that everyone needs to try.

@Yams c(h)evapi is supposed to be melt-in-your-mouth ground up meat that you hardly have to chew. It is lightly spiced meat (pepper, Vegeta, salt) and natural glutamates from cooking and the mallard reaction. Add that to fatty carbs and fatty cream and you'll probably need another angioplasty. :-) like I said, tastes like a sausage from heaven. Ground up holy Hindu beef?
